Flap: 2L (standard length, not forward) measuring 14.25” from the top of the stirrup bar, down, and 14” across. This saddle does measure slightly long, however, so could work with a rider with longer legs 
Tree: Medium-wide tree measuring 4.75”
Panels: Shaved down and sculpted at the shoulder, with a little lift under the cantle 
Condition: Very good condition. Please see photos. There are a couple scratches on the cantle cover.
